Lovely staff, particularly good views from from of Castle, everything is well-maintained. The rooms are huge with best bathrooms and have a modern interior. The continental breakfast is sensational. Plus, the location is unbeatable, minutes from Chiado. Btw, it's set in a lovely area next to the train station to Sintra, and the metro and all the local attractions and restaurants.

Original property, has fabulous and absolutely fantastic staff in reception desk. Unbeatable and brilliant location to get to popular Lisbon attractions thanks to a funicular station next to the hotel. For tea or coffee visit Fabrica da Nata nearby. Exceptionally good room and particularly good view from from of Castle.

The room I booked was comfortable quiet and beautifully maintained with windows going to the backyard where the air conditioning pipes are going out. The good and incredible location was very close to Dom Pedro iv Square. On top of that, restaurants and cafés were close to the property.

I loved that the hotel was fairly large and well presented. There were fresh cereal, bread, fresh fruit, cheese and pastries in the morning. Lovely location, just next door to all the main attractions, the centre of town, the train station, but the area itself was not very nice.
It had not good beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Rossio square and other nice tourist spots were close to this hotel. We really enjoyed service and location, the venue had absolutely everything we needed. Bairro Alto neighborhood was worth exploring. Martim Moniz subway station was a short walk to the hotel❤
